SHAREROUND is operated by PRESERVE Inc. (Tokyo, Japan). This policy describes what we collect on www.shareround.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email address and sign-in identity (Google or email link); your player card (display name, country, skill level, languages); rounds you open or join; group chat messages; payment records. Card numbers never reach us — payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

To form groups, book tee times, take payments and issue refunds, send service emails about your rounds (payment links, reminders, confirmations), and support you. Staff can read round chats to arrange your tee time, rentals and transport. If you join the launch waitlist, we use your email to tell you when we open.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), HubSpot (customer records for our concierge team) and Slack (internal staff notifications). Each processes data on our instructions.

What others can see

Other players see your player card in rounds you interact with. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking and payment records as required for accounting and law. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data at concierge@preservegolfjapan.com; records we must keep by law are retained.
